Therefore, understand the importance of the time of student life and concentrate fully on studies. Former Air Chief Marshal Birender Singh Dhanova said this while addressing the students at the inauguration of Round Square Conference organized at Daly College. In his statement, he underlined the importance of democracy and the nuances of a strong democracy. He inspired the students to take their studies very seriously and resolve to achieve their goals and make their dreams come true. Referring to India’s wars with Pakistan and China, he told how our soldiers fought in these wars. Keeping my life on the palm for the security of my country, I maintained the glory of the country on the strength of my might. After Dhanoa’s engaging and inspiring speech, the students asked him several questions which were answered appropriately. Dhanova called upon the students to join the army to serve the country and especially join the Air Force to live a challenging life and serve the country. Earlier, the Round Square Conference at Daly College began with a combination of song and dance. The theme of this conference has been kept democracy. Through programs based on this theme, the students of Daily College described the elements of a strong republic and underlined its need. Underlining this, Principal Dr. Gunmeet Bindra said that in this event only the students will manage all the arrangements, teachers will stay behind the scenes and monitor every activity and guide the students. After the Inaugural function, interactive sessions were organized for the participants and after the meal various art programs were organized for the students. Workshops were conducted, in which the participants participated enthusiastically and understood the intricacies of Dokra Art, Gond Art, Block Printing Tapestry, Mandana, Graffiti Spray Paint and Tie and Dye. A cultural fair was organized in the evening. Indian cuisine and Indian games like Kho-Kho, Sitolia, Lattu were also organized in this. Children struggling with different types of physical and mental challenges also enjoyed this fair. Tomorrow the participants will go on a field trip to Mandu to get acquainted with the history of Mandu and its architectural beauty. ,
