इस मामले के तूल पकडऩे के बाद सांसद शंकर लालवानी ने कहा है कि वे एयर लाइंस के खिलाफ कार्रवाई के लिए विमानन मंत्रालय को पत्र लिखेंगे। उन्होंने कहा एयर लाइंस को दुबई से यात्री को विमान में बैठाए जाने से पहले इस बात की जानकारी देना चाहिए थी कि इंदौर में ई-वीजा की सुविधा नहीं है। यात्री को विमान में नहीं बैठाना चाहिए था। अगर कंपनी यात्रियों को सही जानकारी दे तो ऐसी परेशानी ना हो। इससे यात्री तो परेशान होते ही हैं, साथ ही शहर की छवि भी खराब होती है। सांसद शंकर लालवानी ने बताया कि इंदौर में ई-वीजा सुविधा शुरू किए जाने के लिए वे पहले भी गृह मंत्रालय को पत्र लिख चुके हैं। अब दोबारा वे इस विषय में पत्र भी लिखेंगे और संबंधित अधिकारियों से चर्चा भी करेंगे।
