Haryana CM Manohar Lal Khattar said in Chandigarh that there are no incidents of stubble burning in Haryana as compared to Punjab, our Incidents of stubble burning have reduced very little here. Last year there were 2,34 incidents of stubble burning, it has become 1,925 this year while this year in Punjab 34 ,873 incidents have happened.
