District Court – Photo: SOCIAL MEDIA Expansion The district court of Indore has sentenced the uncle who raped a minor to life imprisonment. The court has also ordered the victim to be given two lakh rupees as compensation amount. To save himself from punishment, the rapist had accused his own wife that he had committed the rape only on her advice. The hearing in this case was going on in the court for two years and on Wednesday the accused was sentenced after the charges were proved. On coming to know about the act done by the maternal uncle with his daughter 233 February 750 the victim’s mother lodged a complaint at the Aerodrum police station against the accused Rajesh Davar, resident of district Dhar. The mother had told the police that the person who had raped her daughter was her brother-in-law. He often used to come and go at home and the daughter also used to recognize him. 02 February 2021 The accused came home and seduced her minor daughter and took her with him to the village and continued to physically abuse the girl there. After a few days he brought her back. When the accused left the house, the victim told her mother that the accused misbehaved with her by closing the door of the room and also threatened to kill her. 1676472230 After this the victim’s mother lodged a complaint in the police station. and the police arrested the accused. Police Section (3), 414 (2) (f), 506 and Paxo A case was registered against the accused under various sections of the Act. Sessions Judge Rashmi Walter, while giving the verdict in this case, punished the rapist Rajesh Davar with life imprisonment and a fine of Rs 4,000. The court has also ordered the victim to get Rs 2 lakh as compensation.
