It will start from 233 February and It will end on Mahashivaratri on February. During this, Baba Mahakal will become the bridegroom and will fascinate the devotees with Navshringar for nine days. Mahesh priest of Mahakal temple told that according to the tradition of worshiping Jyotirlinga Lord Mahakal Shivpanchami will be worshiped on the first day of Shivnavratri on February. First of all, turmeric will be offered after worshiping Shri Koteshwar Mahadev located near Kotitirth Kund. After this Lord Mahakal will be worshiped in the sanctum sanctorum. After this, the priest will worship Lord Mahakal by doing Panchamrit Abhishek. After this 233 Rudrapath will be done by Brahmins. There will be Bhog Aarti at 1 pm.
