Discussion in Chief Justice’s chamber to decide on the future parents of the child

Keeping in view the sensitivity of the matter, Justice Chandrachud, Justice PS Narasimha and Justice JB Pardiwala’s bench asked Solicitor General Tushar Mehta, Additional Solicitor General Aishwarya Bhati and the woman’s counsel to inform the unborn fetus and its future mother after birth. Called to the chamber of the Chief Justice for discussion to decide the issue of paternity, as the unmarried woman said that she would not be able to take care of the child.
