According to the sub-inspector Shivraj Singh of the cybercrime wing of Bhopal police, the victim of fraud Aftab lives in Harvansh Colony located in Misrod police station area. She had applied for admission in RKDF Nursing College. During this he came to know Balram Shah, a resident of Narmadapuram. Balram told Aftab that he works as an employee in a nursing college. On this, the student asked him to deposit the college fees to be deposited at the time of admission, then Balram assured him to deposit the fees.
