The woman told the police that she had a flat in Dwarkadham, Bhopal, which was ready to be sold. The woman told the tenant Shailendra that if she finds anyone, then sell my house in Bhopal. Shailendra came to Bhopal on March 7 2022 on the pretext of showing a house to a person and getting the deal confirmed. Met a person here. In relation to the house, on March 9, the accused again brought the woman to Bhopal and made her stay in a hotel located in Hanumanganj. Here in the hotel at night, the accused raped the woman and made a video of her. Later, by making this video, he started physically abusing the woman. Along with making physical relation, he also started cheating money from the woman. He also kept the money from a land deal with him. Distressed by physical abuse, exploitation and blackmailing, the woman complained about the matter to the police. The police have registered a case of rape and started investigation.
