Gopal and Karan Valmiki were also working with him. One day they came to him with tea. After she drank tea, she lost her senses. Meanwhile, he raped the woman. The woman told that after the rape, the accused took her obscene photo-videos. When the woman objected to the incident after regaining consciousness, he threatened her by showing her the photo. For one year both have been blackmailing and doing physical exploitation. The woman advised the miscreants several times to desist from their actions. But they did not agree. At last the woman told the whole thing to her husband. Both filed a case against Gopal and Karan Balmiki at Jhansi Road police station. On the complaint of the woman, the police have registered a case of rape and blackmailing on both the employees of the Municipal Corporation. Police say that the miscreants are absconding at the moment. The police have also informed the Municipal Corporation about the activities of the miscreants. All these people are employed in the Municipal Corporation and also work with each other during cleaning. Taking advantage of that, these miscreants made the woman drink intoxicating tea and then started physically abusing her. In this case, Superintendent of Police Amit Sanghi says that action is being taken against both the miscreants. Soon they will be caught.
