दिल्ली शराब नीति से जुड़े सीबीआई के मामले में दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल की न्यायीक हिरासत राउज ऐवन्यू कोर्ट ने 11 सितंबर तक बढ़ाई। अरविंद केजरीवाल वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग के जरिए कोर्ट में पेश हुए।

.दिल्ली शराब नीति से जुड़े सीबीआई के मामले में आप नेता दुर्गेश पाठक, अमित अरोड़ा, आशीष माथुर, पी शरद रेड्डी, विनोद चौहान को भी आरोपी के रूप में समन जारी किया। राउज ऐवन्यू कोर्ट में मामले की अगली सुनवाई 11 सितंबर को होगी।

इसी मामले दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल के खिलाफ दाखिल चार्जशीट पर राउज ऐवन्यू कोर्ट ने संज्ञान लिया है। कोर्ट ने केजरीवाल के खिलाफ प्रोडक्शन वारंट जारी किया है। केजरीवाल को वीडियो कांफ्रेंसिंग के जरिए पेश करने का निर्देश दिया है।

The CBI had filed a supplementary charge… — ANI (@ANI) September 3, 2024 वहीं दूसरी तरफ दिल्ली की एक अदालत ने कथित दिल्ली आबकारी घोटाले से जुड़े धन शोधन मामले में आप के पूर्व संचार प्रभारी विजय नायर की रिहाई का आदेश जारी किया। बीते दिन ही कोर्ट ने नायर को जमानत दे दी थी।
